My Anxiety
My experience with anxiety was akin to an unending sequence of concerns, a private jest with no amusement, a ceaseless journey with no terminus. Anxiety, when it seized control, would lead me from one worry to another, like a relentless connecting flight. Predominantly, it manifested as health anxiety or obsessive-compulsive thinking. Over time, this monotonous pattern of worry became tiresome. I came to the realization that there must be a destination, and I was determined to find it.
Therapy
In pursuit of relief, I sought professional help and underwent a year of psychotherapy. I noticed improvements, but they were not sufficient. I needed additional strategies to enhance my mental well-being.
Building my Mental Toolbox
What is a Mental Toolbox? It is a compendium of psychological techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, wellness products, and brain hacks designed to support a dynamic life.

Psychotherapy helped me uncover the root of my anxiety. Occasionally, I need to remind myself of these insights or make personal adjustments to continue benefiting from this knowledge. These insights form a crucial part of my toolbox.
In CBT, I learned that my thinking patterns are not always accurate, and I accepted this reality. I studied and internalized my Cognitive Distortions, disciplining myself not to fuel distorted thoughts with energy.

Anxiety Relief Products
The toolbox also contains tangible products. It began with an EMS Tens device, a “gift” from a friend who had purchased it but wasn’t using it. I took a chance and tried it, hoping to relax my tense body. As it turned out, it did just that. I learned that by relaxing the body, one can also relax the mind. I used it daily to relieve tension until I no longer needed it every day.
Subsequently, I purchased an EMS Acupuncture pen to alleviate tension in my facial muscles and back of neck. I also took a risk and accupunture points in the head, with this pen. Im not a Dr, but it releaved my tense muscles on my head. Im not recommending anyone to do this, i recommended myself to try and it helped. If you are scared ask a Dr if you can do this, i never asked. I saw it helping me so i continue until this day.
I incorporated a Neuroflow into my routine when I was feeling low. I later discovered that it also enhanced the depth of my sleep. I use it when I find myself in a cycle of light sleep and depression that half a pill of SSRI is not helping. (BTW take more then half a pill I feel like a zombie) so I reject Psychiatrist recommendation.
A year ago and notably beneficial, I invested on an Oxygen Concentrator. Today I used it after an overwhelming days of editing and creating short videos. It really helps the mind to relax spontantiously, as you can read about it here the benefits of Oxygen Therapy. Click Here
If you want to watch me use it you can Click Here to the facebook video I made.
I have it near my bed, so every time I spontaneously need to relax I use this, when my anxiety is to much to even go for a walk with my dog.

Doing the Opposite of Stress
I also realized the importance of training my mind to counteract stress. I refer to this as the new generation of meditation. I spent hours each day watching videos of soap cutting and playing with Kinetic Sand, which I found incredibly relaxing. Now, it’s just oddly satisfying, along with other techniques listed on my website.

Conclusion
There is indeed a destination, and it’s not an endless series of connecting flights. You just have to start working on adding helpful information into your toolbox.
