Why Do We Feel Anxious?

Our bodies are wired to react to stress. Sometimes, anxiety helps us stay alert and ready for action. But when it gets too intense or sticks around for too long, it can be a problem.

Different Levels of Anxiety

  1. Mild Anxiety: It’s like having butterflies in your stomach. You might feel a bit on edge or shy. If left unchecked, mild anxiety can lead to bigger issues.

  2. Moderate Anxiety: This level is more persistent. You feel worried most days, but you can still manage daily tasks. It’s like having a low-grade worry cloud following you around.

  3. Severe Anxiety: This one’s tough. It’s super intense and can mess with your life. You might feel overwhelmed, and it can even team up with depression.

  4. Panic Level Anxiety: Picture a sudden storm inside you—rapid heartbeat, extreme fear, and maybe even feeling like you can’t breathe. Panic attacks can hit hard but usually last about 10 minutes.
